  • Die Einweisung der Anwender in die Systeme
  • Die Betankung der Clients
  • Die Installation und Inbetriebnahme der Software beim Anwender vor Ort
  • Teilweise Auf- und Abbau von Hardwarekomponenten und-/ oder Installation und Konfiguration von Endgeräten, sowie der Personalisierung

Requirements

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der IT-Branche gesammelt
  • Du hast kennst dich bereits mit IT-Rollouts aus
  • Du hast Detailkenntnisse im Support von Microsoft Client Applikationen (Windows und Office)
  • Du hast Erfahrung im gepflegten Umgang und Kommunikation mit Endkunden in deutscher Sprache
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT Rollout
  • Du bist Serviceorientiert, Kommunikationsstark und hilfsbereit
