Job description

  • Annahme und Erfassung von Kundenstörungen im Ticketsystem sowie eigenständige Analyse und Problemlösung
  • Betreuung komplexer ausgelagerter IT- und Server-Infrastrukturen im laufenden Betrieb
  • Konzeptionelle Beratung der Kunden in allen Fragen rund um die IT-Infrastruktur
  • Mitarbeit in Kompetenzteams für Second- und Third-Level-Support
  • Wahlweise Mischung aus Remote-Support und regionalem Vor-Ort-Einsatz beim Kunden

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche:
  • Microsoft On-Premise - Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Remote Desktop Services
  • Microsoft Cloud - Exchange Online/Hybrid, Intune/Endpoint Management, Office 365
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an partnerschaftlichem Kundenkontakt
