Job description

The Manager, Cyber Programs is a technical cybersecurity professional focused on tactical outcomes that support operational and strategic requirements. The Manager of Cyber Programs is responsible for facilitating intelligence-driven defense strategies and identifying systemic cyber risks that could impact critical infrastructure and financ ial stability. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in cyber operations with strong relationship-building and communication skills to translate technical analysis into actionable insights for both cyber experts and business leaders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in cybersecurity operations, including significant time in threat intelligence, security operations center (SOC), and/or threat hunting/detection roles.

  • Strong understanding of adversary TTPs, kill chain models, and attack frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, Diamond Model etc.).

  • Proven experience providing cyber threat intelligence in complex environments.

  • Demonstrated expertise in threat hunting methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  • Experience developing metrics and KPIs to measure security posture effectiveness and program maturity.

  • Direct experience with threat intelligence platforms (TIPs), SIEM solutions, EDR/XDR platforms.

  • Integrates intelligence to enhance early warning and situational awareness.

  • Contributes to the organization’s understanding of cyber risks with systemic implications.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to brief both technical and executive audiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

  • Proven ability to analyze complex technical data and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance * Technical and Operational Expertise: Strong operational and technical knowledge across key cyber defense domains.

*Demonstrated expertise in threat intelligence analysis, threat hunting methodologies, intrusion detection, and incident response processes.

  • Technical security certifications (e.g., GCTI, CEH, CCNA)
