Job description

  • Lead end-to-end master data governance design across SAP S/4HANA, including ownership models, stewardship, naming standards, and approval workflows

  • Drive business-side execution of data migration, including validation of Data Migration Object Lists, mapping templates, and conversion results

  • Partner with System Integrator, Data Migration Lead, and Solution Architects to ensure alignment on data strategy, integrations, and cutover readiness

  • Define and validate RICEFW objects, including conversion and integration requirements, with a focus on field-level mapping and business rule accuracy

  • Establish data quality, lifecycle management, and data privacy frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and successful migration outcomes

Requirements

  • Minimum one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation with ownership of data migration and/or master data governance

  • Hands-on experience with SAP data migration approaches, including template-based loads, staging, and SAP-to-SAP migration

  • Strong expertise across core SAP master data objects including Customer, Vendor, Material, Chart of Accounts, BOM, and Work Centers

  • Experience validating Data Migration Object Lists, mapping templates, and conversion acceptance criteria

  • Proven ability to work closely with System Integrators and act as the bridge between business and technical teams

  • Experience defining and validating integrations, including APIs, middleware, and RICEFW objects

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP S/4HANA or SAP MDG certification

  • Experience in manufacturing, utilities, or regulated industries

  • Familiarity with SAP BTP, Snowflake, and Cloud ALM

  • Experience in multi-workstream ERP transformation programs

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and infrastructure space, has an excellent opportunity for a Business Process Lead - SAP S/4HANA Data to work on a 12-month + contract position working in Duluth, GA (hybrid). This position is 3 days of onsite work a week.
