Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs across complex technology ecosystems. This role focuses on driving cross-functional execution, aligning multiple stakeholder groups, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic digital and operational initiatives.

The position requires strong program governance, Agile leadership, and the ability to manage interdependent workstreams spanning enterprise platforms, data systems, and customer-facing applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as a key delivery partner between business leadership, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure programs are delivered with predictability, quality, and measurable impact., * Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-workstream enterprise programs

• Define and drive program structure, governance, timelines, and delivery frameworks
• Coordinate across distributed teams spanning business, technology, and operations functions
• Establish and maintain program tracking mechanisms including milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align program execution with strategic priorities and outcomes
• Drive Agile delivery practices across multiple teams and ensure consistent execution cadence
• Facilitate key program ceremonies including planning cycles, execution reviews, and governance forums
• Manage cross-team dependencies across multiple enterprise systems and platforms
• Oversee vendor and third-party coordination to ensure delivery alignment
• Prepare executive-level reporting and insights to support decision-making
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and program predictability
• Support enterprise change initiatives tied to system modernization and operational improvements

Do you have experience in Technology management?, * 10-13+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Enterprise Program Management

• Strong background in leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Proven ability to manage program governance, planning, and execution at scale
• Experience handling multiple interdependent initiatives simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical execution into business impact
• Strong analytical thinking with experience in reporting and program tracking, * Experience across enterprise transformation programs involving ERP, CRM, HCM, or digital platforms
• Exposure to industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, or technology
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist preferred
• Experience working with distributed/global teams and external partners
• Strong proficiency in program management tools and reporting systems
• Experience driving delivery transformation or Agile maturity initiatives
