Job description

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Data Scientist in Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week). The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced ML/AI solutions with strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, and classical data science algorithms. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience, hands-on Python/Spark/Databricks skills, and exposure to Azure cloud for scalable AI pipelines., Design, train, validate & deploy ML/AI models (LLMs, NLP, classical algorithms)

  • Build scalable pipelines with PySpark/Spark & Databricks
  • Perform LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering & evaluation
  • Work with SQL/NoSQL datasets (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Collaborate with engineering & business teams to deliver AI solutions
  • Implement model governance, monitoring & lifecycle management

Requirements

Do you have experience in Spark?, 5-8 years in Data Science/ML/AI Engineering

  • Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP & classical ML algorithms
  • Hands-on Python, PySpark, Databricks, SQL/NoSQL
  • Azure Cloud experience for training & deployment
  • Knowledge of fine-tuning & optimization techniques
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
