The Business Systems Project Manager plays a key role in connecting business needs with technology solutions that strengthen and support organizational operations. This position leads cross-functional initiatives focused on improving systems, streamlining processes, and driving operational efficiency across the organization., * Serve as the strategic bridge between Information Technology and cross-functional teams-including Marketing, Sales, and Operations-to ensure technology solutions align with business goals and operational needs.
- Lead technology initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption, proactively removing roadblocks, communicating progress clearly, and driving projects to successful completion.
- Manage project implementations by coordinating scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and issue escalation across multiple initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements, project specifications, and process improvement opportunities.
- Map and maintain current- and future-state business processes to improve efficiency, alignment, and scalability.
- Partner with stakeholders to support change management efforts and drive adoption of new systems, tools, and workflows.
- Maintain and evolve the organizationâs technology roadmap to support strategic priorities and long-term operational goals.
- Lead evaluations of emerging technologies, vendor capabilities, pilot programs, and proof-of-concept initiatives focused on automation and operational optimization.
- Research and recommend innovative solutions that improve business processes, enhance system performance, and support continuous improvement across the organization., * Technology initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
- Cross-functional teams feel supported, informed, and confident throughout project lifecycles.
- Business processes become more streamlined, scalable, and efficient through thoughtful system improvements and automation.
- Stakeholders successfully adopt new tools and workflows with minimal disruption.
- The organizationâs technology roadmap remains current, strategic, and aligned with evolving business needs.

Requirements
Do you have a valid Certified Project Manager certification?, Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who thrives on organization, communication, and turning ideas into actionable plans. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, develop project specifications, and help shape the companyâs evolving technology roadmap. Success in this position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to align initiatives with strategic business goals while fostering collaboration across teams., * 5+ years of experience in project management, business systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience creating clear and detailed project documentation, including business requirements, specifications, and process flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing projects involving NetSuite, Salesforce, and HubSpot, including knowledge of system integrations, data synchronization, and maintaining a reliable single source of truth.
- Experience working with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to influence change, build alignment, and foster collaboration across teams.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Bonus Points IfâŚ
- You hold a project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile Scrum Master.
- You have experience leading process automation initiatives or evaluating emerging technologies.
- You enjoy identifying opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency through technology.
- You are energized by collaboration and enjoy partnering with teams across the organization to solve complex business challenges., * Must be able to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and stakeholders in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
- Occasional movement throughout the office, light lifting of materials up to 15 pounds, and limited travel for meetings or events may be required.
