Technical Architect

We provide Project Management and PMO support to our clients, assisting in R&D, ICT, and transformation projects. Our diverse portfolio includes industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, Defense, Energy, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Technology & Media, and the Public Sector., * Define, review, and challenge software, cloud, and integration architectures to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business strategy.

• Support architectural decisions across applications, platforms, infrastructure, and data flows.
• Facilitate architecture review boards and technical decision forums.
• Define and review cloud architectures on AWS and/or Azure, supporting migration initiatives and modernization roadmaps.
• Establish technical standards for cloud usage, security, scalability, cost efficiency, and maintainability.
• Enforce development standards, architecture principles, and quality practices to address technical debt and improve software quality.
• Promote security-by-design, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and infrastructure as code.
• Manage and challenge external providers, offshore/nearshore teams, and managed services to ensure quality, security, and timely delivery.
• Define expectations, KPIs, and governance mechanisms for vendors.
• Coordinate technical teams and interact with internal teams, external suppliers, senior management, and executive stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear business impacts and decision points.
• Support the evolution of software platforms with a product-oriented mindset, focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience.

• Education & Background: Grado / Master in computer science, software engineering or information systems
• Experience in roles such as software engineer, software developer, java developer
• Experience in architecture as solution architect, cloud architect or software architect
• Strong experience in cloud expertise with AWS or Azure
• Experience with external delivery models
• Experience in team management including offshore, nearshore, and managed services.
