Data Engineer

· Develop and execute complex queries in MongoDB, MySQL, and SQL to analyze and extract meaningful insights from datasets.

· Create and maintain reporting solutions that support business needs, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights through dashboards or reports.

· Support ad-hoc analysis by providing timely and efficient query solutions to business teams.

· Leverage AWS services, such as RDS and S3, to support data integration and reporting workflows.

· Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to ensure smooth operations.

· Create and maintain documentation for data processes, queries, and reporting workflows.

Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with 3-5 years of experience specializing in data analysis, writing queries, query optimization, reporting, and data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MongoDB, MySQL, and SQL, coupled with experience in AWS RDS and tools like Jira, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining optimized, highly available data pipelines that facilitate deeper analysis and reporting by the Data and Analytics team and support business initiatives., · Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role with a focus on data analysis and reporting.

· Strong proficiency in MongoDB, MySQL, and SQL for query design and optimization.

· Hands-on experience with AWS RDS and related AWS services.

· Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.

· Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualization tools.

Tools

· Proficiency with Jira for task and workflow management.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with Python or similar programming languages for advanced data manipulation.

· Knowledge of Agile methodologies and task tracking tools.

· Familiarity with reporting tools.

· Nice to have: Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies to enhance data analysis, automate workflows, or optimize reporting processes.
