PM Security (IAM - Active Directory)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a global Cybersecurity program and lead a strategic initiative focused on strengthening identity and access security across a large-scale enterprise environment.

Will oversee the deployment of a Password Robustness Enforcer solution within the organization’s Global Active Directory, ensuring seamless coordination between technical teams, stakeholders, and business units while driving successful project execution and user adoption.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-visibility international project alongside Cyberdefense, Architecture, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Active Directory experts.

• First Pre-Production deployment targeted for end of 2025.
• International English-speaking environment.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Project Management experience.

Must-Have Requirements

5+ years of Project Management experience. Experience delivering Cybersecurity/Cyberdefense projects. Strong stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating Architecture, IAM, and Infrastructure teams. Change Management expertise (user impact assessment and communication planning). Experience working in enterprise/global environments. Fluent English communication skills. Ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.

Nice to Have

• Active Directory projects experience.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) knowledge.
• Security policy deployment or authentication-related projects.
• Experience presenting initiatives to Architecture Governance Boards.
