• Experience establishing or improving SDLC processes within a growing engineering organization.
• Strong understanding of version control, CI/CD, code reviews, testing practices, and deployment workflows.
• Experience leading or mentoring software development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software in fast-paced product environments., * Experience supporting software development within SOC 2 or other security/compliance-focused environments.
