Senior Software Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Product Owner to join our Product & Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for software solutions that create value for customers and support business growth. You will collaborate closely with development teams, stakeholders, and customers to deliver innovative digital products aligned with business objectives

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with business goals.
• Lead product lifecycle activities from concept to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer requirements into actionable user stories.
• Work closely with cross-functional development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.
• Monitor product performance and leverage data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives, Our Corporate Functions are essential in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across various departments, business areas, and regions. As part of our team, you contribute to our vision by shaping the global energy transition, partnering with our internal and external stakeholders, and conducting business responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner in a software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Proven experience defining product strategies and managing product roadmaps.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable software solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
