It System Engineer

Agfa Healthcare is currently looking for an IT System Engineer, based in Madrid, who will be in charge of dedicated on-site support for Clients/Contracts that require continuous support.As the first point-of-contact of Agfa on-site, the role must deliver consistent, professional and quality service.ResponsibilitiesTo fill the proper installation docs accordingly, to manage equipment in the most proper way (Service Now, reporting, acceptance test)Mixed work on site and remote.To identify and communicate risks analysis and problemsTo cooperate with the R&D to solve problems and make a proper risk analysisTo take care of the correct forwarding of the docs to all people involved, especially the specific features of the implemented projectWhat you bring to the tableAt least 2 years of professional experience in managing complex customers and hospital workflowGood knowledge of IT network and domain.Experience with Windows Server, Linux / Unix , SQL , Scripting, DNS server.Customer focus attitude and problem-solving skillsSolid communications skills (oral/written) to interact effectively and professionally with both internal and external customersKnowledge of healthcare standards: HL7, DICOM, FHIR, Mirth is a plusOracle DBA or expert in Oracle database could be a plus.Good language skills in Spanish and English, both written and verballyLocationMadrid metropolitan area, Spain#J-*****-Ljbffr

At least 2 years of professional experience in managing complex customers and hospital workflow Good knowledge of IT network and domain. Experience with Windows Server, Linux / Unix , SQL , Scripting, DNS server. Customer focus attitude and problem-solving skills Solid communications skills (oral/written) to interact effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers Knowledge of healthcare standards: HL7, DICOM, FHIR, Mirth is a plus Oracle DBA or expert in Oracle database could be a plus. Good language skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbally
