Job description
Our Web Systems team builds in-house the tools that keep our R&D and production operations running, from all internal platforms supporting engineering activities and production traceability, to the customer portal our clients use to manage their devices, download content, and reach support. We’re looking for a Web Systems Developer with solid fullstack and DevOps foundations to join the team, help drive technical decisions across these systems, and help shape how they evolve as the product roadmap grows. MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Work within a small team responsible for several web applications, both internal and customer-facing, with real input into technical decisions.
- Full-stack development responsibilities on both internal and customer-facing web systems with big variety of challenging systems.
- Support built-in configuration websites embedded in our hardware devices.
- Participate in the design of web systems across the full cycle, from architecture to deployment.
- Participate in demos for key stakeholders.
- Develop custom prototype solutions and proof of concepts (PoCs).
- Work across a varied tech stack and stay up to date with emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Solid, proven experience in full-stack web development.
- Previous experience with DevOps and deployment pipelines.
- Desirable previous experience designing web architectures end to end.
- Ability to propose technical solutions that are both functional and elegant.
- Comfort adapting to different tech stacks and picking up new tools as the project requires.
- A generalist mindset, with genuine curiosity about staying up to date with the industry trends
- Desirable experience in start-up or scaling growth environments.
- Collaborative and patient, able to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Trustworthy with a strong work ethic and care for confidentiality.
- A plus: previous involvement in personal or off-work projects, technical or not.
- Fluency in local languages and working fluency in English at intermediate level or higher is a must.
Benefits & conditions
- A clear path for professional growth across web applications and cloud platforms supporting our products and internal operations
- A strong engineering- and research-driven culture, with a clear commitment to reinvesting in innovation through new products and the continuous growth of our know-how.
- Be part of an environment where curiosity is valued, deep thinking is encouraged, and taking the time to truly understand a problem is seen not as a delay-but as a smart investment.
- An international working environment within a diverse team, with international mobility options available to discuss case by case
- Opportunity to further expand your training, from personal abilities to technical areas.
- Full flexibility to manage hybrid work model, depending on the tasks.
- 30 working days as holidays, with full flexibility to manage them
- Private health insurance fully paid by the company.
- Regular team building activities with specific company budget.
