During our unique 18-month graduate program, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the semiconductor and ATE industry. Alongside peer graduates, you will learn from experienced colleagues how to develop test solutions for cutting-edge semiconductors and deliver them to our international customers. What You Will Do:

  • Develop and debug test programs for high-tech semiconductor devices.
  • Validate newly designed state-of-the-art semiconductors.
  • Develop customized hardware and software solutions for semiconductor production testing.
  • Manage complex projects in an international environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers on worldwide projects.
  • Share knowledge, technologies, and experience with colleagues and customers.
  • Work in a highly innovative, international environment with opportunities to travel.

Requirements

  • University degree in Electronic Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent related knowledge.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); German (preferred).
  • Highly motivated for continuous learning in a technological environment.
  • Experience with C/C++, Java, and scripting languages.
  • Basic knowledge of measurement techniques for electronic components (analog and digital).
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work with customers.
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel.
