During our unique 18-month graduate program, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the semiconductor and ATE industry. Alongside peer graduates, you will learn from experienced colleagues how to develop test solutions for cutting-edge semiconductors and deliver them to our international customers. What You Will Do:
- Develop and debug test programs for high-tech semiconductor devices.
- Validate newly designed state-of-the-art semiconductors.
- Develop customized hardware and software solutions for semiconductor production testing.
- Manage complex projects in an international environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers on worldwide projects.
- Share knowledge, technologies, and experience with colleagues and customers.
- Work in a highly innovative, international environment with opportunities to travel.
Requirements
- University degree in Electronic Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent related knowledge.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German (preferred).
- Highly motivated for continuous learning in a technological environment.
- Experience with C/C++, Java, and scripting languages.
- Basic knowledge of measurement techniques for electronic components (analog and digital).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work with customers.
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel.
