In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for end-user support, resolving support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and using reports to identify areas that need attention.
  • Help support the organization’s day-to-day IT operations, including computer systems, software, accounts, printers, and network services.
  • Support information security by following and reinforcing company security practices and access controls.
  • Assist with application and hardware rollouts and changes; maintain accurate IT inventory.
  • Help manage the technology side of employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Support the evaluation and testing of new technologies.
  • Serve as a backup resource for TeleRad IT support, and coordinate outreach to remote providers, scheduling technology training sessions and organizing workstation setup logistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Foundational understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 11 and Windows Server), Microsoft 365 tools (such as SharePoint and Azure AD), networking concepts, and information security principles gained through coursework, certification (e.g., CompTIA Network+), internships, or personal experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort reaching out to and coordinating with remote staff and providers.
