Help our partner teams ingest data faster into our data lakes while maintaining Data Governance and Compliance standards, find ways to make our data products more efficient, or innovate ideas to help build self-serve data engineering within the company. Build micro-services, architecting, designing, and promoting self-serve capabilities at scale to help us grow. Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support data engineering solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies. Essential Functions: *
- Lead the design and implementation of complex ETL processes.
- Oversee data architecture and ensure scalability and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to implement advanced analytics solutions., CoBank is a cooperative bank serving vital industries across rural America. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Work Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a related field, required
- Prior Experience with on-premises development environments, required
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex ETL processes, required
- Advanced knowledge of data architecture and optimization, required
- Strategic thinking, required
- Team leadership. required
- Collaboration across departments, required
- Experience with on-premises development environments.
- Experience building self-service tooling and platforms
- Built and designed Data Mesh architecture platforms
- A passion for building and running continuous integration pipelines
- Contributed to open-source projects (Ex: Operators in Airflow)

About the company
The typical base pay range for this role is between $121,000 - $163,400. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance. The listed salary, other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. This job will be posted for a minimum of five (5) business days or until the position is filled.
