Junior IT Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist who is curious, customer-focused, and ready to learn. If you’re the person friends and family call when their technology isn’t working, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Help employees solve everyday technology issues
• Set up laptops, accounts, and equipment for new hires
• Assist with employee offboarding and asset tracking
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, and basic networking needs
• Participate in IT projects and technology rollouts
• Help keep our systems secure and running smoothly

• 0-2 years of IT, help desk, internship, or customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and computer hardware
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus Points For

• CompTIA A+ certification
• Exposure to cloud technologies or cybersecurity
• Experience with remote support tools
