Job description

Future openings may include positions such as:

  • Customer Service Technician - Provide Help Desk and technical support to end users by troubleshooting issues, resolving requests, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Risk Management Technician - Support Information Assurance, Risk Management Framework (RMF), vulnerability tracking, and cybersecurity compliance activities.
  • Data Management Technician - Assist with data entry, data quality reviews, reporting, analytics, and maintaining accurate information across multiple systems.
  • Junior Analyst - Support project coordination, project management activities, documentation, meeting support, and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Testing Technician - Assist with executing software testing activities, document test results, identify defects, and help ensure applications meet quality standards before deployment.

These entry-level positions provide an excellent opportunity to gain experience supporting mission-critical systems and services for the Department of Veterans Affairs while working with an experienced team in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

Qualified candidates typically possess:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team

Preferred qualifications may include:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Military experience or experience supporting government customers
  • Previous customer service, administrative, data management, or technical support experience, * Obtain and maintain any required government background investigation or clearance applicable to the position
  • Meet all contract and customer requirements
