Job description
The Technical Implementation Analyst II is responsible for enhancing scalability, automation, and efficiency across Knowtion Health systems. This role focuses on configuring, monitoring, and supporting data integration solutions, with a strong emphasis on Snowflake-based ELT processing and modern data workflows during program implementation. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve processes, and ensure reliable data movement and system functionality at go-live and during the hyper-care period following.

The Opportunity:
- Configure and support integration-related system settings within Knowtion Health platforms, including:
- Status, Action/Result, and Closure Codes.
- Facility and client mapping configurations.
- Snowflake ELT pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes.
- Inbound and outbound file configurations, validation rules, and data transformations.
- Assist with migration efforts from legacy technologies to modern cloud-based solutions.
- Process inbound and outbound files according to defined schedules.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders, both internally and with clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, data, and integration-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare IT, or a related field; or Equivalent combination of education, professional experience, and demonstrated technical competency
- 2+ years direct experience in or integrating with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or other EHRs
- 1+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in insurance recovery, denials, and complex claims

Strong understanding of 835/837 transactions and associated claims, denials, charges, and payment data *

Technical proficiency including SQL and hands-on experience with ELT processes and file configuration/transformation *
- Preferred experience working with HL7, FHIR, and APIs
