Experteer Overview Antes de solicitar este puesto, por favor, lea la siguiente información sobre esta oportunidad que encontrará a continuación.You will join Verisure’s regional Commercial Strategy team in Madrid, supporting five Latin American countries.You’ll build scalable reporting, automation and AI-enabled processes to boost efficiency and impact.This role blends data, automation and AI to improve decision-making and operational performance across the organization.You’ll work with cross-functional teams on high-impact regional initiatives, shaping how data informs strategy and execution.This is a hands-on, high-ownership opportunity in a fast-paced, international environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools using visualization platforms (Power BI or similar).* Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting and data needs and translate them into scalable solutions.* Improve accessibility, usability and reliability of business information across teams.* Partner with Data Engineering to enhance data quality, consistency and accessibility.* Support the evolution of the regional reporting data model and develop scalable data structures.* Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and implement automation workflows.* Prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and reduce workload.* Explore new technologies and AI applications relevant to commercial and business processes.* Work with regional and local teams on strategic initiatives and process improvements.Responsabilidades* 3-5 years of experience in BI, Automation, Data or related roles.* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar fields.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.* Hands-on profile with the ability to build practical, scalable solutions.* High autonomy and comfort in ambiguous environments.* Curiosity about automation, AI and digital transformation.* Learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.xqbhyrx * Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio, data modelling and transformation.Requisitos principales* Flexible start and finish times* Short Fridays* Birthday afternoon off* Annual personalized career development plan* Subsidized lunch at in-house restaurants* Discounts on our own products
