Job description
Senior FinOps Consultant to join the local FinOps team at a major client in the banking sector, where they will be involved in the management, optimisation and financial governance of AWS cloud environments., * Implement and manage FinOps best practices and methodologies to optimize cloud costs.
- Track and manage financial forecasts, cloud budgets, chargeback and showback processes.
- Analyze AWS cloud consumption and spending data to identify optimization and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Produce financial and operational reports related to forecast follow-up, budget tracking, chargeback/showback and FinOps KPIs and metrics.
- Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards using AWS QuickSight and other data visualization tools.

Requirements
- A minimum English level of B2+ is required, but C1 is recommended.
- Knowledge of advanced AWS automation, cost management and data analysis tools (Cost Explorer and AWS Budgets) and data visualisation tools (AWS QuickSight and third-party tools) to monitor, analyse and control cloud expenditure.
- Ability to produce forecast follow-up reports, budget reports, chargeback/showback reports and QuickSight dashboards.
- Ability to analyse cloud expenditure and usage data to identify savings opportunities and produce detailed monitoring and forecast reports.
Languages
- English: B2+ or C1 level
