Application Delivery Manager

• Lead the end-to-end delivery and management of application services, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Oversee application development, implementation, deployment, and support activities.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, business units, vendors, and external partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, QA engineers, and support specialists.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and service levels, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies affecting application delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage incident resolution, problem management, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and roadmap definition for application services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Application Delivery Management, IT Service Management, or a similar leadership role.
• Experience with Salesforce and Oracle Finantials.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, software development methodologies, and IT operations.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with cloud-based environments and enterprise applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English., * ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
• Experience in international and multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern application architectures.
• Experience managing outsourced services and third-party vendors.
