Experteer Overview As a Site Reliability Engineer at Cabify, you help scale and harden our global platform by building self-service infrastructure and reliable tooling. You collaborate with Product and Infrastructure teams to deliver world-class components, improve availability and observability, and set service level indicators. You’ll drive reliability culture, automate incident prevention, and contribute to an ambitious mission of greener urban mobility. This role blends systems engineering and software development in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Evolve infrastructure with self-service components used by millions - Collaborate with Product and Infrastructure teams to architect and build infrastructure components - Design and implement tooling to improve availability, scalability, observability, and latency - Promote reliability principles across teams and review architectures - Define SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for services - Share on-call duties for platform services - Solve incidents and implement automations to prevent recurrence - Participate in recruiting to grow the engineering teamResponsabilidades - Strong programming skills in at least one language and ability to learn more - Understanding of Unix, networking, OSI model, containers and schedulers - Experience with monitoring, logging, and CAP theorem concepts - Ability to automate tasks and reduce toil - Effective asynchronous communication and collaboration in an international team - Comfort with English as the working languageRequisitos principales - Excellent salary conditions: up to 75K (L4) - Recharge day: 10 Fridays Off Annually - Hybrid work model (3 days/week in Madrid) - Flexible hours - Staff rides for Cabify - Coursera license
