Full Stack Software Engineer

• Collaborate with frontend developers, AI engineers, and product teams to design and build scalable web applications and backend services.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure supporting web and mobile applications.
• Build and deploy cloud-based applications using AWS services.
• Utilize AWS services to create secure, scalable systems for user and claim data management.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, databases, and authentication systems.
• Integrate OpenAI APIs, AI workflows, and automation systems into internal and client-facing applications.
• Manage deployment and maintenance of frontend applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Build systems with a strong focus on security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient development workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems and applications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas that improve our technology stack and development practices.

Do you have experience in Git?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in backend development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, AI workflows, and automation systems.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, authentication systems, and cloud services.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and related cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and scalable production systems.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, software architecture, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems, workflow automation, or AI agents.
• Experience developing scalable SaaS platforms.
