In this position…
- Lead the development of data, AI and analytic solutions to support strategic initiatives for the Ford Credit risk management organization.
- Partner with Risk, Technology and Business teams to deliver actionable insights and implement data driven analytic solutions.
- Lead the implementation of AI-first strategy to continuously improve analytics solutions and deliver business value with enhanced speed and accuracy.
- Lead team activities to plan, implement and track progress of analytic solutions to support strategic initiatives for the Ford Credit risk management organization.
What you’ll do…
- Collaborate with Risk, Technology and Business teams to proactively identify opportunities to deploy data driven solutions to manage risk and grow the business.
- Promote a culture of practical and innovative experimentation that continuously improves existing solutions and delivers enhanced business value.
- Proactively identify new data sources and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish reliable and standardized data repositories for strategic, financial, and operational analytical modeling.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with various business functions.
- Lead benchmarking of AI applications in risk management and advance analytics capabilities in support of the business.
- Support various business functions with ad-hoc analysis, synthesis, risk and growth strategies as required.
Requirements
- Advanced graduate degree in quantitative sciences or related area
- A minimum of 15-years of experience in data analysis and modeling with particular emphasis on strategic modeling, financial modeling, and/or operational modeling.
- At least 10 years of experience in leading data and analytics teams with demonstrated delivery of business value.

This position is leadership level 5 and ranges from $141,700-$268,300.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate’s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
