Test Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Test Engineer at Airbus Crisa, you contribute to designing and validating flight electronic units to meet program constraints. You will define test procedures, automate validation scripts, and execute nominal and qualification campaigns to ensure compliance with customer requirements. You report to the Project Manager and Test Manager as part of the Test Manager Extended Team, driving efficient testing within a dynamic space environment. This role offers impact on mission-critical space programs and opportunities to advance test automation and quality., * Define test procedures and develop associated scripts for automated validation

• Perform nominal test campaigns including functional, environmental and EMC tests
• Conduct qualification/acceptance testing of units and ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Test Manager within the engineering team to align on schedule, cost and quality
• Propose practical and innovative solutions to testing challenges
• Contribute to test instrumentation and data management strategies
• Support continuous improvement of test processes and automation

• Master in Engineering or Science
• At least two years of experience in Validation and Verification of Electronic Units
• English and Spanish negotiation-level proficiency
• Strong technical excellence and problem-solving mindset
• Digital mindset with scripting and automation experience
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Customer-oriented with strong teamwork and cooperation
• Independent and autonomous working style
• Knowledge of space environment constraints and ESCC/SMD is a plus
• Familiar with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Experience with advanced test instrumentation for testing automation is a plus
