AI Engineer Generative AI Accessibility

You will be responsible for designing and developing AI Agents and intelligent workflows while collaborating closely with UX Designers and Accessibility Specialists. You will prototype AI solutions using LLMs, evaluate the most suitable technical approach, and integrate AI capabilities with design tools where applicable.

• Hands-on experience building AI Agents and LLM-based applications using Python.
• Strong knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience working with Claude or other modern Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Ability to collaborate closely with UX Designers and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Advanced English. Experience working with Design, UX, Accessibility or Figma environments is considered a strong advantage.
