We are TecAlliance - founded by more than 30 automotive aftermarket companies as a neutral Data?as?a?Service market connector, serving as the neutral data terrain that interconnects them.With over 1,000 employees worldwide and customers in 140 countries, we enable the market - we never compete with it.Empower the Future of Work - Join Our Modern Workplace Team We are the driving force behind digital collaboration and productivity.Our Modern Workplace team designs and delivers smart, secure, and user-centric work environments using Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, and automation.We enable seamless communication, simplify workflows, and support hybrid work models that adapt to the needs of today’s workforce.If you’re passionate about shaping how people work, collaborate, and innovate - this is your place.As IT Engineer (m/f/d) you will be responsible for providing hands-on IT support and technical expertise to colleagues on-site in Spain.This role requires broad knowledge across workplace technologies, hardware, software, and collaboration tools, and acts as a key enabler for smooth IT operations locally.Fluency in Spanish is mandatory to ensure effective communication and support.Fluency (or at least an intermediate level) of English is mandatory for weekly international team calls and communication with the manager (who is located in our Headquarters in Germany).The first interview will be conducted in English language .Your Tasks: Provide on-site IT support for end users in Spain (hardware, software, network, peripherals).Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in collaboration with central IT teams.Support device lifecycle management (setup, deployment, maintenance, decommissioning).Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (accounts, devices, access).Act as local contact for Modern Workplace topics (e.G., Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).Coordinate with central IT and service owners to ensure alignment and escalation.Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles Support local infrastructure (e.G., printers, meeting rooms, network equipment).Provide on-site support at other Spanish locations when required.Travel to other offices for IT rollouts, troubleshooting, or project support.Your Profile: Degree or vocational training in IT or a related field.Several years of experience in IT support or system administration.Broad technical knowledge across hardware, operating systems, and workplace tools.Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).Basic understanding of networking and device management (e.G., Intune, Active Directory).Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 level or higher, both spoken and written).Service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.Willingness to travel occasionally within Spain and potentially to other company locations.Flexibility to support users at different sites when needed.Please apply using CV in English language only.Thank you.Benefits: Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.Our travel policy allows for expense reimbursement, ensuring you can explore the world without stressing over your wallet.
