Requirements

Contribute to API definition and documentation standards - Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design - Help improve engineering practices and delivery quality What we’re looking for - +5 years of professional experience in backend development - Strong hands-on experience with: - Java 17 / 21 - Spring Boot 3.x / 4.x - Advanced knowledge of: - Git - REST APIs - OpenAPI - Experience working with: - Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions - CI/CD practices - Developer-level understanding of AI prompting concepts - Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural teams - Curiosity, ownership mindset, and proactive problem-solving attitude - English level C1 or higher - mandatory Nice to have - AWS experience - Experience with AI Agent coding or AI-assisted development tools - Experience building greenfield products or platforms Work model - Hybrid: Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Logroño - Remote: other locations within Spain Note We are looking for engineers who enjoy building products from the ground up and are comfortable working in collaborative, fast-moving, international environments.
