Job description

You will be part of the Global SAP S/4 Development team and work alongside a team of expert developers on our SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC systems.

Global SAP S/4 Development team is the sole custodian of PUMA’s global SAP code base. Aligning with SAP’s strategy, Clean Core principles and industry’s best practices, we design, develop, and maintain a code base that is resilient under critical business demands. You will work closely with solution architects, internal and external consultants and developers, and other counterparts from PUMA’s Global ERP organization. You will play an instrumental role in designing technical solutions, providing guidance where necessary, conducting code reviews and quality checks, and working on complex or urgent developments.

Requirements

  • Proven member of an international SAP development team, thriving in fast-paced, global environments
  • Deep expertise in SAP ABAP with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC landscapes
  • Driven to ensure stable, scalable, and high-performing SAP technical solutions supporting global business operations
  • Hands-on expert with the ability to step in and deliver as well as guide other developers where necessary
  • Strong collaborator across regions, functions, and external partners, enabling seamless global delivery
  • Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement
  • Inspires teams through clear communication, trust, and a “BE TOGETHER” team spirit
  • Passionate about technology and constantly exploring new SAP development capabilities and trends
  • Business-fluent English and strong intercultural communication skills.
