Deputy Head of the IT Global Control Tower

The Deputy Head of Global IT Control Tower is responsible for driving the evolution, maturity, and expansion of the Global Control Tower operating model. The role focuses on assessing and optimizing operational practices, identifying opportunities to strengthen existing capabilities, extending the GCT mandate across new domains and services, and ensuring the continued alignment of the Control Tower with business and technology priorities YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE, The Global Control Tower is entering its next phase of maturity. Your mission will be to strengthen its operating model, enhance its existing capabilities, and drive the expansion of its mandate across new services, countries, and operational domains.

You will lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, governance, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement, helping transform the GCT into a key enabler of service reliability and operational performance across Pluxee.

You will work closely with geographically distributed teams, fostering collaboration, engagement, and performance across multiple countries and cultures. Occasional travel may be required based on business priorities, transformation initiatives, and operational needs

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• ITIL certification or equivalent Service Management qualification is a plus, * 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Service Management, Service Delivery, or IT Transformation
• Proven experience improving operating models, governance frameworks, or operational processes
• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management practices
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• Experience managing and developing geographically distributed teams and external partners is a strong advantage

Languages

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• French, Spanish, or Portuguese would be a strong advantage, * Strong communication and analytical capabilities
