Job description

This Release Train Administrator role facilitates program-level processes and work stream execution using release schedules to assist software product teams deliver value, manages risks and dependencies, and drive continuous improvement across multiple Agile team, * Facilitate Agile Release Train events, including PI Planning, ART syncs, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops

  • Coordinate across Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Product Owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment and schedule execution
  • Identify, track, and help resolve risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
  • Support planning and delivery of program increments and major releases
  • Escalate blockers and impediments that impact delivery timelines or business outcomes
  • Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across product teams by implementing schedules with stakeholder involvement
  • Partner with leadership to improve delivery predictability, quality, and value realization

Requirements

  • Experience leading large-scale scheduling and release programs with multiple Scrum/Product teams
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage complex dependencies in a fast-paced environment using schedule driven development and deployment tools
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or ten plus years equivalent experience can be substituted

Benefits & conditions

Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs. Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
