About the RoleAs a Senior Dev Ops Engineer at Xebia, you will join a dynamic Dev Ops Engineering team in a high-energy, collaborative environment.This role is suited for an experienced Dev Ops engineer who enjoys leading project planning, shaping architecture, and delivering modern, scalable solutions.You will play a key role in designing, building, and supporting robust platforms, while helping drive automation, reliability, and security across the organisation.ResponsibilitiesPromote and foster a strong Dev Ops culture across engineering teamsDesign, build, and support scalable product platformsDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automationDevelop and improve telemetry and monitoring systems to ensure high reliabilityStrengthen security practices and ensure protection of company dataManage system administration with a focus on stability, performance, security, and capacity planningStay up to date with emerging technologies and integrate them where appropriateCollaborate closely with management, senior engineers, QA, and product teamsProvide strong operational support and effective incident troubleshootingRequirements5+ years of experience in enterprise cloud architecture and designStrong hands-on experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and RancherProven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesExperience integrating and working with AWS services including Dynamo DB, Lambda, EC2, ECS, EKS, Kinesis, IAM, and FirehoseHands-on experience with infrastructure and deployment tooling such as Terraform, CDK, Spinnaker, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, and PythonStrong experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Open Telemetry, Cloud Watch, Datadog, and Pager DutySolid scripting and automation skills using tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Power ShellStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environmentsGood understanding of version control systems, especially GitAvailability to cover rotating on-call shifts, paid separately from the salary.Nice to HaveExperience with additional cloud providers such as GCP or AzureKnowledge of relational and No SQL databases such as Redis and Dynamo DBExperience working with storage solutions such as S3Understanding of high availability and disaster recovery architecturesWhat We OfferFull time permanent contract.Salary Range: €70,000 - €80,000 gross per year, depending on experience, skills, and the outcome of the technical assessment process.27 days of annual leave plus national public holidays.100% remote work with flexible working hours.Flexible Compensation Plan covering meals, transport, private healthcare, childcare, and training, with tax-saving benefits.Private Health Insurance fully funded by Xebia, including mental health support.Wellhub membership with access to wellbeing apps and gym plans.Benefits Hub with exclusive employee discounts on a wide range of products and services.Paid Wellbeing Leave through our internal time-bank system for medical appointments or short-term health needs.Remote Work Allowance (€25/month).€900 annual learning budget for certifications, training, conferences, and professional development.
