Grafana Labs in Spain (Remote) is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to shape Tempo and its data APIs, helping Grafana Cloud scale for millions of users.You will own multi-quarter initiatives and drive operational excellence with measurable SLOs and automation.You must have deep systems experience and strong Go skills, plus the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across a remote, global team.You will design APIs for humans and agents and contribute to open source while partnering with#J-*****-Ljbffr
