Erp Financials Delivery Lead & Scrum Master

Job DescriptionAs part of the Architecture, Intelligence & Technology (AI&T) team , this role plays a key part in shaping and delivering the Finance transformation roadmap through the configuration and leadership of a newly established squad focused on Oracle Financials initiatives.The Oracle ERP Financials Delivery Lead & Scrum Master is responsible for leading agile delivery across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Financials projects, ensuring effective collaboration between business and IT stakeholders, strong delivery governance, and successful end-to-end execution.Leveraging prior experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud Financials, the role supports informed decision-making, close partnership with functional SMEs, and the delivery of scalable, business-aligned finance solutions.Responsbilities Facilitate Agile delivery (Sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) Manage backlog, prioritization & stakeholder alignment Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement Lead projects (implementations / upgrades / rollouts) in Agile/hybrid models Coordinate business, IT, and cross-functional teams globally Gather requirements (As-Is / To-Be, BRD/FRD) and add them to Devops, including the relevant aspects for each User Story Support design of Finance solutions (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE) Ensure alignment with Oracle Fusion Cloud target architecture Perform fit-gap analysis Manage SIT/UAT, testing, defect resolution Qualifications4-5 years of experience in ERP environments Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or ERP Project Lead within transformation programs Demonstrated capability in managing end-to-end ERP delivery using Agile or hybrid methodologies Experience working across global, cross-functional teams, partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders Fluent in English, with the ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments Skills: Agile delivery leadership / Scrum Master experience End-to-end ERP project delivery Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Finance processes: S2P, O2C, R2R Financial modules understanding (e.G., GL, AP, AR, FA, CE) Stakeholder management and communication Cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving Nice to Have: Oracle EBS (R12.2) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Additional InformationWhy SGS?Join a globally recognized and stable company, a leader in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.Enjoy a flexible schedule and a hybrid work model.Access continuous learning opportunities through SGS University and Campus.Collaborate in a multinational environment with colleagues from various continents.Apply Now :At SGS, we are committed to fostering an open, friendly, and supportive culture that thrives on teamwork.We value diversity and provide endless opportunities to learn, grow your expertise, and fulfill your potential.Apply now to join our motivated and dynamic team!
