HBX Group is a leading B2B ecosystem player in the TravelTech space, connecting and empowering businesses in the ever-evolving world of travel.We drive growth for our clients and partners while removing friction from the end-to-end travel experience.Our cloud-based technology platforms offer fast and reliable access to a unique portfolio of travel products & services, while rich data and intelligence seamlessly connect supply and demand worldwide.We have over more than 3,000 experts worldwide, including specialists on the ground who provide insights and support to boost trading even further, especially in the most hard-to-reach segments.This unique blend of technology, data and passionate people serves as a catalyst for all businesses aiming to unlock their full potential in the travel arena.HBX Group comprises four best-in-class B2B brands that meet the needs of its growing and diverse client base across 190+ global markets.Accountabilities and responsibilities Form a part of the Corporate IT Systems team, providing support in day-to-day activities delivering high-quality results and meeting the service targets.Collaborate with the Corporate Systems Lead and other technology platforms teams to align on the corporate IT roadmap and strategy.Driving the strategic compute initiatives within the technology platform, focusing on on-premises and cloud compute capabilities, storage, identity and security at systems meeting the delivery deadlines Apply best practices, implement standardized and automated processes, and ensure effective provision of computing services, and related monitoring and troubleshooting.Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve computing services related issues.Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges, driving timely resolutions and ensuring minimal impact to operations.Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the computing services provided.Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.Be a part of a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.Participate in the team knowledge sharing, take advances about learning opportunities, and impulse your skills in base of experimentation and creative problem-solving.Participate in discussions and decision-making processes regarding the overall corporate IT architecture and direction.Position requirements Interpersonal skills with high quality written and verbal communication Strong analytical and conceptual skills Fluent in English and Spanish Strong knowledge of Systems related technologies, including cloud and on premise systems deployment and configuration (MS Servers, Azure, Directory Services, Email Services, etc.), load balancing, services, as well as storage management, and backup policies management.Permanent position (no freelance or other contingent model) Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience at tech systems engineer in similar or related positions Previous experience in IT Operations or similar technology functions Strong technology background Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.A master’s degree is a plus.MS Systems related certifications are a must (AZ104, etc.) Have wide experience on cloud systems base on Azure (IaaS,…).Have wide experience on AD, Exchange, O365, ADFS, GPO, and SSO systems Knowledge of system security, Storage, data backup/recovery Have experience in MS platforms (Win 7/8/10).Familiar with Network topologies, TCP /IP protocols.Diagnose and resolve problems quickly IT Operation framework and Agile ways of working certifications are highly desirable Handle complex technology landscape.Achieve best in class reliability, scalability and high-performance.Balance between reliability and the ability to deploy new functionalities.Overcome resistance and drive adoption of new technologies and processes.Ensure provided solutions meet security and compliance requirements.Resolve complex technical issues efficiently.Effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders Stay updated with the latest trends in Systems related technologies.Successfully navigating these challenges requires technical expertise, effective communication, collaboration, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement #J-*****-Ljbffr
