Job description

  • Provide Tier-2 technical support for network incidents, collaborating with global teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage core network devices (Cisco, Nokia) and platforms (DWDM, SIP) to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Proactively monitor and manage network health, resolve customer escalations, and perform critical system changes as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on VoIP, IP, SIP, and MPLS technologies.
  • Expertise with Cisco (CCNP) and multicast troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to incident management., * multicast troubleshooting: 2 years (required)
  • VoIP: 2 years (required)
  • MPLS Networking: 2 years (required)
