At Q-tech, we collaborate with a global engineering leader in industrial automation technology, present in over 60 countries with more than 20,000 employees worldwide.Their e-commerce platform offers 33,000+ products and 15,000+ specific solutions, serving 300,000+ clients across 40 industries globally.We are looking for a Java Backend Engineer to join their Digital Hub, a startup-cultured unit within this billion-dollar corporation, developing highly specialized Smart Engineering Tools for product selection and simulation in industrial automation.Responsibilities Design technical solutions by translating business needs into effective software blueprints.Develop a deep understanding of the pneumatic automation product portfolio and its factory automation applications.Write, test, and maintain backend code in Java, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for product selection and simulation.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.Support and collaborate with an agile team.Coordinate and align requirements with business units and internal stakeholders.Offer Permanent contract Ad-hoc training Degree in Information Technology.4 years of practical experience coding backends with Java and Spring Boot.Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.Independent and structured way of working, with holistic thinking.Good written and spoken English.Spanish language skills are valued but not required.Project experience with modern frontend frameworks is a plus.Barcelona #J-*****-Ljbffr
