pHasten Group busca un/a Técnico/a de Soporte VoIP Cisco para un proyecto internacional, presencial en Getafe, Madrid.Darás soporte a telefonía IP, colaboración y videoconferencia basados en Cisco./ppFunciones: gestión de incidencias con ITSM, diagnóstico de problemas de telefonía, soporte de Cisco IP Phones y Jabber, validación básica de CUCM, ejecución de runbooks, monitorización de alarmas y escalado a Nivel 2/3.Se valorará experiencia y atención al usuario./p #J-*****-Ljbffr
