Experteer Overview Por favor, verifique que tiene el nivel de experiencia y las cualificaciones adecuadas leyendo la descripción completa de esta oportunidad a continuación.In this role you own the quality across a major data migration programme.You will define end-to-end testing strategy for a Teradata-to-Snowflake migration and lead test plans, automation, and governance for ETL pipelines and data reconciliation.You collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to ensure cutover readiness and data integrity at scale.The role offers remote work in Spain, exposure to cloud technologies, and a clear path to higher responsibility within a high-impact project.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Define the overall test strategy, scope, and coverage for the Teradata-to-Snowflake migration* Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for ETL pipelines and data validation* Perform source-to-target reconciliation and validate transformations, mappings, and referential integrity* Test full/incremental data loads, error handling, regression, and performance benchmarks* Lead parallel run and cutover readiness testing activities* Track and report defects and quality metrics using JIRA/HP ALM* Drive test automation for repeatable validation checks and CI/CD integration of ETL tests* Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle* Mentor and guide junior testers within the team* Report quality metrics and testing progress to programme leadershipResponsabilidades* Extensive ETL and data warehouse testing experience on large-scale migration programmes* Strong SQL skills in Snowflake and Teradata* Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (preferred) or PowerCenter* Deep expertise in data migration testing (schema mapping, datatype conversions, SCD handling, star schema validation)* Full test lifecycle ownership (SIT, Integration, xqbhyrx UAT, parallel run, cutover)* Experience with Snowflake on Azure* Defect management/reporting using JIRA and/or HP ALM* Scripting skills in Python or Shell/PowerShell for test automation (a plus)* CI/CD and DevOps exposure in data pipeline testing (a plus)* BFSI domain experience (a plus)* Fluent English and professional Spanish (B2+) for client-facing activitiesRequisitos principales* Restaurant tickets for every working day* Permanent contract* Flexible benefits: Gympass and nursery tickets* Referral bonus* Competitive salary and bonuses
