Dynamics 365 Consultant

ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 Finance Operations environment./li liDiagnose issues escalated by users and collaborate with our D365FO provider to resolve technical problems./li liWork closely with key users and external consultants to propose system improvements and optimize processes across different areas such as Logistics, Finance, Customer Service and Production./li liTest system changes and updates to ensure quality and stability./li liCoordinate the deployment of new releases in testing and production environments./li liSupport implementation of Dynamics 365 FO in subsidiaries across different countries./li liReview and analyze requirements for new implementations./li liProvide support during ERP rollouts, both remotely and on-site when required./li liShare best practices and support subsidiaries in adopting standardized processes./li liProvide technical support and maintenance for systems integrated with D365FO, including: Intranet (PHP, MySQL), HubSpot CRM, Internal Apps, Magento eCommerce platform./li liEnsure proper integration and communication between systems to maintain operational efficiency./li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field./li liAt least 3 years of experience working within an IT department or consulting company./li liMinimum 2 years of experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Finance Operations./li liExtensive knowledge and experience working with Dynamics 365 FO./li liExperience collaborating with business users, external consultants and international teams./li liStrong analytical and problem?solving skills./li liExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal./li liProactive, organized, diligent and open?minded approach to work./li liTechnical knowledge valued: Programming languages such as SQL, PHP, HTML, JavaScript and X++./li liExperience with ERP integrations and related business applications./li liFluent English and Spanish are mandatory./li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
