Job SummaryWe are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Data Moderators to review, classify, and moderate data used for AI and machine learning models.The ideal candidate will ensure that content complies with established quality and policy guidelines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, evaluate, and moderate text, image, audio, or video content according to project guidelines.Identify and flag content that violates policy or quality standards.Classify and label data accurately for AI/ML model training.Ensure consistency and accuracy while processing large volumes of data.Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to the quality or policy team.Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.Stay up to date with evolving moderation guidelines and policies.Participate in calibration sessions and quality reviews.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security requirements.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Ability to interpret and follow detailed moderation guidelines.Comfortable working with sensitive or potentially disturbing content (if applicable).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Previous experience in content moderation, data annotation, data labeling, or AI training projects.Data AnnotationContent ModerationQuality AssuranceCritical ThinkingDecision MakingTime ManagementAttention to DetailInternet ResearchAI Data Operations (preferred
