AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you’ll own the technical side of customer projects from day one. You’ll work with Python, APIs, cloud infrastructure and large language models to design and build AI systems that:

• Understand customer requests.
• Retrieve the right business context.
• Integrate with external systems.
• Execute real-world actions safely.
• Continuously improve through production feedback.

You’ll collaborate closely with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and Prompt Specialists throughout the project lifecycle. While Prompt Specialists refine how the agent behaves, you’ll own the engineering behind it: designing architectures, building integrations and developing reliable production systems.

We’re looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, designing reliable systems and building AI products that deliver real business value., * 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Professional experience building applications with Python.
• Experience developing backend services and working with APIs.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.
• The ability to break down ambiguous problems into simple, well-designed technical solutions.
• Curiosity about AI and modern language models.
• A product mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI applications with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic…).
• Experience with AWS and modern cloud architectures.
• Experience building web applications with Python frameworks such as Django.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and modern software development practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Claude Code or similar).
• Experience integrating with customer support platforms such as Zendesk or Intercom.
