About the Role We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to design, build, and scale the distributed systems powering autonomous AI clinicians. This is a highly hands-on, Python-first engineering role focused on production systems, AI infrastructure, and large-scale backend architecture. You’ll help shape technical direction while remaining deeply involved in implementation, partnering closely with founders and engineering teammates to solve complex, real-world healthcare challenges.
