Job description

About TelgeaTelgea makes international mobile connectivity work like a single network. We’re the MVNO launched in the most countries world-wide and backed by Telenor, Vodafone/Fastweb, and Swisscom. We give multinational enterprises unified connectivity across multiple countries through one solution. This is enabled by stitching together carriers, regulations, and billing across borders into one coherent product. We’re a deep technical team working across multiple countries serving 60+ enterprise customers and growing +20% MoM.The RoleWe’re building a dedicated Projects team and hiring three Software Product Engineers to staff it.The team operates as its own unit, taking on larger, self-contained builds that would otherwise pull focus from our core engineering team and primary product. This lets the main team stay heads-down on the roadmap while Projects delivers substantial work in parallel. As a Product Engineer on this team, you’ll own projects from end to end defining the scope, building the solution, and taking it through to production and launch. Some projects will stand on their own and others will be designed to integrate into the core platform and hand off cleanly to the teams who’ll maintain them long-term.This is an AI-native team. You’ll use AI as your primary development tool, which is what allows a small group to take on large bodies of work independently.Your focus is on defining what to build, designing how it should work, and ensuring everything that ships is correct, secure, and built to last. What you’ll doOwn self-contained projects end to end, from initial scope through to production deployment.Translate requirements from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders into clear technical plans.Use AI coding tools to handle the bulk of implementation architecture, integrations, and feature development across a broad range of work.Review, test, and validate everything you ship for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.Coordinate closely with the core engineering team on projects that will integrate into or hand off to the main platform. What we’re looking for4+ years building and shipping production software, with full ownership of features or services.Strong fundamentals in system design, APIs, and data modeling.Enough to independently judge whether a solution is sound.A strong eye for code review: the ability to quickly identify defects, security risks, and design that won’t scale.Working fluency with AI development tools (Claude Code etc).Sound product judgment and the ability to work autonomously with limited process.Good Project management.A team player that is good at communicating.Nice to haveA track record of delivering larger, greenfield projects independently.Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration or agent frameworks. Our stackTypeScript/Node.js with React on the front end.PostgreSQL and BigQuery on Google Cloud (GKE, Pulumi).#J-*****-Ljbffr
