Systems Security Engineer

Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a Mid Level Systems Security Engineer to support cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, and RMF compliance activities for U.S. Coast Guard enterprise systems and Moodle environments., * Monitor and assess system security posture

• Conduct vulnerability scans and remediation activities
• Support RMF and ATO documentation efforts
• Implement security controls and policies
• Assist with incident response and audit activities

Do you have experience in Vulnerability management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or related field

• 3-6 years of cybersecurity or systems security experience
• Experience supporting RMF, ATO, and vulnerability management activities
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, STIGs, and DHS security frameworks
• Familiarity with SIEM tools and security monitoring platforms
• Security+ CE certification preferred
• CISSP or CEH certification preferred
