Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, with both internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Provide guidance, leadership, and oversight for outsourced data entry functions to ensure quality and accuracy.</li><li>Leverage institutional knowledge to develop and deliver high-quality training and documentation.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, propose actionable solutions, and implement changes to minimize risks and errors while enhancing efficiency.</li><li>Utilize Excel to analyze data, generate insights, and support decision-making processes.</li><li>Partner with IT staff to research and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity.</li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional results and service on small projects and cross-functional teams.</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 1-2 years of professional experience.</li><li>Relevant professional experience in finance, operations, data management, data analysis, and/or process improvement.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.</li><li>Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to understand and meet the needs of clients and stakeholders, providing high-quality support and solutions.</li><li>Proven ability to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.</li><li>Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas and functions (e.g., IF, AND, OR, NOT, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, AVERAGE, MEDIAN, MODE, STDEV, VAR), Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts, and Pivot Tables.</li><li>Experience with Box, Asana, and Confluence is a plus.</li><li>Eligible to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship now and in the future.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Base salary range for this role:</p><p style="text-align:left">Pay Range Minimum:</p>60600<p style="text-align:left">Pay Range Maximum:</p>78800<p></p><p>In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
