Job description

Assists in various aspects of technology initiatives, projects, and studies within a corporate environment. Provides business analysis, hosting services, information systems design and development, and project management support., * Assisting in the transformation of business processes and operational tools to achieve global excellence.

  • Contributing to the development of innovative technology solutions.
  • Participating in activities related to the planning, development, deployment, and technical support of global technology initiatives.
  • Assisting in projects and studies that support corporate objectives.
  • Planning and organizing task assignments, priorities, schedules, and activities for initiatives.
  • Developing project plans, communication plans, and project status updates for stakeholders.
  • Assisting in requirement specification, solution design, development, and testing of corporate initiatives.
  • Providing support for data reporting, application administration, and enhancement needs for global information systems.
  • Assisting with web/database/server support and business continuity planning. 10. Offering application and technical support for business solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related quantitative discipline required.

Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements., Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Planning and organizing abilities

Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, business areas, systems users, and technical developers are essential.

Job Conditions

Some travel required.

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred skills: Experience designing/implementing solutions in GCP; advanced SQL, Power BI, Oracle, & SQL Server expertise with strong SDLC knowledge; experience with data analysis, visualization, data warehousing, and ETL tools; experience developing/supporting web applications using REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Python, and .NET/C#; and understanding of FedEx Operations & business processes., * Right to Work Notice (English) / (Spanish)
