Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Administration und Betreuung des ProAlpha ERP Systems
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen und performanten Systembetriebs
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im ERP Umfeld
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Nutzung von ProAlpha
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen im System
  • Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern und Partnern
  • Durchführung von Updates Releases und Systemanpassungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen

Requirements

  • Erfahrung als ERP Administrator mit ProAlpha
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium im IT Bereich
  • Kenntnisse in Datenbanken SQL und Schnittstellen
  • Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
